Eng. Senate Bill No. 241 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §16-62-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to patient brokering; requiring a state agency to regulate patient brokering; and requiring the development of a tool to facilitate complaints.
